Ricardo has spent 30 years in enterprise financial software, including 12 years helping OneStream expand into international markets. Along the way he saw firsthand how much time, money and effort organizations spend working around the limits of their technology.
Eventually he decided it was time to stop working around those limits and start eliminating them. As CEO and Co-Founder of Vortex, he’s leading the charge to rethink what’s possible when enterprise analytics is built differently from the ground up.
Ivo Bauermann
Managing Director, EMEA
Ivo brings over 25 years in enterprise software, helping shape analytics, planning and performance management at companies including Anaplan, SAP and Oracle. Along the way he has led global product strategies, helped bring groundbreaking technologies to market, and seen firsthand what happens when big ambitions run into the limits of traditional software.
As Managing Director for EMEA, he’s focused on expanding Vortex’s international presence and shaping the next generation of enterprise analytics. After decades helping organizations navigate the evolution of enterprise technology, he’s ready to challenge a few more conventions.
Robert Grant
SVP Solutions
Robert brings nearly 20 years in banking, finance and enterprise transformation, at organizations including Ally Financial, Wells Fargo, Freddie Mac and OneStream.
Having spent much of his career navigating disconnected data, fragmented systems and complex financial processes, he knows how wide the gap between what a business needs and what traditional technology delivers can be. At Vortex, he’s focused on closing that gap: connecting powerful technology to practical business problems and helping organizations rethink what’s possible.
